Frequently asked questions

Everything you might want to know about how DealDrop works, vouchers, refunds and how we pick the deals. Still stuck? The fine print on each deal page has the specifics.

Does DealDrop cost anything to use?

No. Browsing daily deals on DealDrop is completely free, with no membership fee. You only pay when you choose to buy a specific deal, and that payment goes to the merchant or deal provider — not to us for access.

Do I need an account to browse deals?

No account is needed to browse or search. You can read every deal and its fine print freely. You'll only set anything up at the point you decide to purchase a particular voucher through the provider.

How long are deal vouchers valid?

It depends on the offer — most run 30 to 120 days from purchase. The exact expiry date and any "use by" conditions are always shown in the fine print on the individual deal page. Check it before buying so the voucher fits your plans.

Can I get a refund if I don't use a deal?

Refund rules are set by the merchant or deal provider, not by DealDrop. Many unredeemed vouchers can be refunded within a stated window, while the promotional discount may expire sooner than the amount you paid. Always read the deal's refund terms first.

How often are new deals added?

Daily — that's the whole idea. We refresh the list every morning. The homepage shows the newest drops and the Deal of the Day; the All Deals page shows everything currently live, which you can filter and sort.

How do you choose which deals to feature?

We look for a genuine saving against the real regular price, a decently reviewed merchant, and fine print that's fair. If a "deal" relies on an inflated original price or hides nasty conditions, it doesn't make the cut.

How do I redeem a deal once I've bought it?

After purchase you'll receive a voucher (usually instantly, on your phone). Book a slot if the deal requires it, then show the voucher at the merchant. The specific steps are listed on each deal page under "how to redeem."

Are the prices and discounts on this site live offers?

The sample deals shown across this site are illustrative examples used to demonstrate the format. Real prices, discounts and availability change constantly and vary by location. Always confirm the current details with the merchant or provider before buying.

Is DealDrop the same as Groupon or other deal sites?

No. DealDrop is an independent guide and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Groupon or any other platform or merchant. We simply help you find good daily deals; all brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Which areas do you cover?

We focus on local, city-based daily deals across restaurants, spa & beauty, travel, shopping and entertainment. Coverage grows over time — if your city is light on deals today, check back, since new merchants are added regularly.
